At Homecraft Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new linens or home accents aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
